About the Role
A well-established luxury residential builder is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee high-end residential projects across Manhattan. Projects range from premium apartment renovations to full gut renovations and luxury townhouse builds, with a strong focus on exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
This is a fully on-site position where you’ll lead daily construction operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Please note: This is a true luxury residential position. You’ll be working in private homes for ultra-high-net-worth clients, managing high-spec projects with frequent change orders while delivering a professional, white-glove level of service. Success in this role requires previous experience in luxury residential construction and the ability to build strong relationships with discerning homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations on luxury residential construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors and self-performed trades to maintain project schedules.
- Maintain the highest standards of site safety, quality control, and finish.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and implement solutions.
- Work closely with Project Managers and company leadership to deliver successful projects.
