About the Role

A leading luxury residential builder is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to lead its most prestigious residential projects across Manhattan. This is a senior leadership role overseeing high-end apartment renovations, large-scale gut renovations, and luxury townhouse projects from start to finish.

With a strong and growing pipeline of work throughout Manhattan, you’ll take ownership of flagship projects while providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior site staff.

Please note: This is a true luxury residential leadership position. You’ll be managing private homes for ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional craftsmanship while navigating frequent change orders and maintaining a professional, white-glove client experience. Success in this role requires extensive luxury residential experience, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate confidently and diplomatically with discerning homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee all on-site operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, and finishing standards.
• Serve as the primary site leader, ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet the highest quality expectations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior Superintendents and field personnel.
• Partner closely with Project Managers and company leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience delivering high-end or luxury residential construction projects.
• Proven success working directly with high-net-worth homeowners in occupied or private residences.
• Experience managing frequent change orders while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Current NYC DOB Site Safety Manager or Superintendent License (required).
• Demonstrated success leading complex, finish-driven residential projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing and mentoring site teams.
• Professional, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
• Available to work on-site daily throughout Manhattan.
