Project Manager — Service & Small Works
Location: Manhattan, NY (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year (depending on experience)
About the Role
A well-established high-end residential builder is expanding its Service & Small Works division and is looking for a technically minded Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations. This is a varied, hands-on role managing smaller renovation projects, responsive repairs, and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) across a portfolio of luxury homes throughout Manhattan.
Projects typically include bathroom renovations, custom millwork, HVAC upgrades, painting, and similar works valued at under $2 million. You’ll also oversee responsive service calls and recurring maintenance programs while building long-term relationships with an established client base.
Please note: Residential construction experience is essential. While luxury residential experience is advantageous, it isn’t required. The ideal candidate will be technically minded, comfortable assessing and troubleshooting issues on-site, and able to provide a professional, client-focused service to discerning homeowners.

- Excellent client-facing communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and service requests simultaneously.
- Available to work on-site throughout Manhattan.
- Luxury residential experience is beneficial but not essential.
