Service Account Manager

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid — regular on-site presence required across Manhattan & Brooklyn)

About the Role

An established high-end residential general contractor and service company is seeking a Service Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of luxury residential clients across Manhattan and Brooklyn. The service division is a key growth area for the business, with strong existing demand and significant room for expansion.

In this role, you will act as the primary client contact and be accountable for the overall performance of your accounts — including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction. You’ll deliver a proactive, white-glove service experience designed to build long-term trust and repeat business across premium residential properties.

This is a relationship-led role focused on consistency, communication, and presence within your client communities. Growth comes through genuine engagement and trusted relationships rather than traditional sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage client relationships across a portfolio of high-end residential service accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact while coordinating delivery teams and Project Managers.
• Monitor account performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for growth.
• Grow accounts through relationship-led expansion and warm, organic referrals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee scope alignment, pricing, and proposal approvals to protect margins and ensure clarity.
• Lead coordination between Project Managers, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Build presence within client communities, buildings, and industry networks.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction, high-end residential, or a project-based client service environment.
• Minimum 3+ years managing client relationships and coordinating delivery teams or Project Managers.
• At least 2+ years of experience in sales or account management within construction or related sectors.
• Background in general contracting or service-based construction operations preferred.
• Experience working in a service or recurring maintenance environment is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a calm, grounded, and authentic presence.
• Comfortable working across Manhattan and Brooklyn with regular on-site involvement.
